We  no longer manufacture slipmats, but will gladly help you get the best slipmats at the lowest prices. First you need some white polyester felt, look for converters and not mills since the mill is to big to deal with small orders, and does not have the machine to cut slipmats out of a roll of felt. Just ask for a sample of felt that is about 1/16" thick and is the firmest white polyester they carry. If this converter has a die to cut an 11.75" circle with a 0.25" hole in it great! If not, he should be able to find someone to make the die for less than $90. Second you will have to find a heat-transfer dye- sublimation shop.   They should be able to use your blank mats to transfer your image.  The dye sublimation transfer price varies so shop around for best price. Now you need to pack them, the nicest way I found to do that is in a record sleeve, my favorite is white but you can get them in black or even clear. You being in the industry, should easily find a wholesaler. We have some clear ones you can have, they are stored in Livermore, CA.
